Tenun AI content policy
Tenun Kenangan offers optional AI features under the name Tenun AI. This policy explains what those features do, what they do not do, and what you remain responsible for. It sits alongside our Personal Data Protection Notice, which covers how your data is processed.
Tenun AI creates drafts, not published pages
Tenun AI produces a draft of your event page from the answers you give. Nothing in a draft is applied to your live event until you review it and choose to accept it. A draft is a starting point that you are free to change, replace or discard.
You review and remain responsible
You are responsible for the content you publish, whether you wrote it yourself or accepted it from a Tenun AI draft. Please read every draft before accepting it, and check that names, dates, wording and imagery are accurate and appropriate for your event. Only publish photos or details of other people where you have their agreement to do so.
The guest assistant is not authoritative
The guest assistant answers questions using only the event details the host has entered. It may be incomplete or mistaken, and it does not speak for the host or for Tenun Kenangan. Treat its replies as a convenience, not as confirmation. For anything important, such as timings, directions or gifts, please check with the host.
Generated imagery
Any artwork Tenun AI generates is decorative background art. It does not depict real people and is screened before it is shown. If a generated image is unsuitable, do not accept the draft, and you may generate another.
Reporting and takedown
If content on an event page is inaccurate, inappropriate or should not be there, please contact the event host first, as the host controls the page. You may also contact Tenun Kenangan at [email protected] and we will act on valid requests. Guests can remove their own uploads at any time from “My Uploads”.
How your data is processed
The AI features send the details you provide (including any reference images you upload) to Google to generate drafts and answer questions. This processing takes place outside Malaysia with appropriate safeguards. See our Personal Data Protection Notice for the full picture of how your data is handled.
